Wilson to speak at Black Heritage Banquet

The 25th annual Black Heritage Banquet will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, in the Franklin Parish High School cafeteria.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Rev. Lionel D. Wilson, a native of Winnsboro, who attended Winnsboro High School and Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana - Monroe).
