Funeral services for Percy Thomas, 91, of Winnsboro will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. at river of Life Church in Winnsboro, with Bishop Quacy L. Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery in Fort Necessity, under the direction of Richardson and Sims Funeral Home, Winnsboro.

Mr. Thomas passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at Franklin Medical Center.
