Chamber installs board, officers

The Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce held its 64th annual installation banquet last Thursday at River of Life.

The "Belle of All Things Southern" author Shellie Rushing Tomlinson was on hand to entertain those in attendance with her animated storytelling and to share her unique perception on the southern way of living.
