WSB announces promotions

The Board of Directors and Management of Winnsboro State Bank and Trust Company recently announced the promotions of three of its top employees.

Patsy S. Carter was promoted to assistant vice president. Carter has been an employee of Winnsboro State Bank since 1979.

For the past 34 years, Carter has served in several capacities including teller, bookkeeping, CD department, note department, loan documentation and loan processor.
