Two charged with forcible rape

Two Winnsboro men have been arrested and charged with forcible rape of a 16-year-old juvenile.

Lance G. LaBorde, 29, 1603 Landis, Winnsboro; and Justin K. McClelland, 19, 2111 Hwy. 135, Winnsboro, were arrested on Jan. 4. Both men were also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and distribution to persons under 18.
