The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office, the Winnsboro Police Station and the Wisner Police Station between Dec. 31, 2012- Jan. 7, 2013.

Marvin W. Christmas, 45, 11489 Hwy. 80, Simmsboro--possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic cannabinoid, first offense possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use.
