Water customers could see rate increase

Water customers in Wisner may soon get an unwelcome surprise in the new year as an increase in rates is on the horizon.

Ken Terry of Louisiana Rural Water Association, presented the Wisner Board of Aldermen with a proposal that would insure that the system could continue to operate efficiently.
