The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office, the Winnsboro Police Station and the Wisner Police Station between Dec. 17-24, 2012.

Jessica D. Sikes, 28, 215 Taw Lake Rd., Jonesville--domestic abuse battery, remaining on premises after forbidden.
