The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office, the Winnsboro Police Station and the Wisner Police Station between Nov. 19-26, 2012.

John Green, 47, 689 New Zion Rd., Winnsboro--simple rape, possession of marijuana, first offense possession of drug paraphernalia.
