Parade set to light up downtown

The annual Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade is scheduled for Friday night, Nov. 30, in downtown Winnsboro.

The annual parade, which will be held after dark for the tenth consecutive year, will culminate a week-long series of yuletide events in Winnsboro celebrating the Christmas season.
