Smith to serve on advisory board

Howard D. Smith of Winnsboro was recently selected to serve on the Salvation Army Advisory Board. Smith, along with other board members will work together to spread awareness about the services offered through the Salvation Army.

"I'm honored to serve on the Advisory board," Smith said. "We have a really great group of people and we're looking forward to expanding the services of the Salvation Army to ours and surrounding areas."
