Santa to appear in Wisner

The annual Christmas parade will roll through the town of Wisner at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1. Elected officials, festooned floats, church and school groups will bring in the Christmas spirit as they make their way through the streets of Wisner.

All participants in the parade are asked to line up at 8:30 a.m.
