Parish natives receive distinguished service awards

Markaye Hernandez Russell and Joanna Ellerbee Strong, who both grew up in Franklin Parish and are serving as 4-H Youth Development Agents with the LSU AgCenter, were both honored with the Distinguished Service Award presented by the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents (NAE4-HA).
