Smith named division president at Progressive Bank

The Board of Directors of Progressive Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Dee Smith to the position of Franklin Parish Division President.

In that capacity, Smith is responsible for the management of all banking activities for the bank's Winnsboro/Franklin Parish market. He will also continue his duties as Senior Vice President / Senior Commercial and Agricultural Banking Relationship Manager of the bank.
