Shannon Kaye and Stephen Grubbs of Oak Grove and Charles Free of Mangham, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Free, to Joseph Blake Lively, son of Mary and Gerald Smith of Winnsboro and Joey Lively of Rayville.

The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Debbie Hastings of Baskin, and Sammy and Shannon Hixon of Waverly. She is the paternal granddaughter of JoAnn and Billy Joe Mercer of Mangham.
