The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office, the Winnsboro Police Station and the Wisner Police Station between Sept. 24- Oct. 1, 2012.

Timothy M. Lee, 27, 2354 Shackelford Rd., Newellton--jumping bail.
