The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office, the Winnsboro Police Station and the Wisner Police Station between Sept. 3-10, 2012.

Johnny R. Barton, 73, 174 Big Clayton Rd., Gilbert--aggravated assault.
