The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office and the Winnsboro Police Station between April 6 and 14, 2009.

Marcus P. Armstrong, 36, 1300 First St., Winnsboro--first offense DWI, speeding, driving under suspension.

Randall W. Barlow, 38, Rt. 1 Box 192, Gilbert--first offense possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shakedra M. Beard, 20, 1213 North 24th St., Monroe--speeding, no driver's license.

J.C. Bingham, 60, 115 Ross St., Wisner--drunkenness-disturbing the peace.

Shedrick J. Cain, 29, 66 Colonial Dr. Apt A, Monroe--probation violation.

Jasper C. Doyle, 18, 901 Robinson Circle, Winnsboro--theft.

Rayford M. Edwards, 39, St. Joe Rd., Winnsboro--possession of CDS II.

Terry L. Ferrington, 47, Rt. 5 Box 274, Winnsboro--four counts failure to appear in court.

Deontra K. Foy, 18, 2906 Earle Dr., Winnsboro--criminal damage to property less than $500, trespassing, remaining on premises after forbidden, simple battery, burglary of inhabited dwelling.
