Minutes of CFD Board meeting dated Friday, December 7, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., Crowville Fire Station.
Board members present: Kelly Clark, Dewayne Hendry, Don Middleton & Colby Peppers.
Guests Present: Daniel Fuller, Central fireman.
Business discussed and/or acted upon by Board:
1. The current financial statement was reviewed, discussed and approved. A copy is on file with these minutes at the Board office.
2. Don Middleton, Secretary-Treasurer, presented the reconciled budget for 2012. After a discussion by the Board, Dewayne Hendry made the motion to accept the reconciled & justified Budget for 2012, seconded by Colby Peppers, passed by board without correction.
3. Don Middleton next presented the projected budget for 2013. After a nominal discussion, Dewayne Hendry moved that we accept the Budget for 2013 as presented, seconded by Kelly Clark, passed by board without descent.
4. Kelly Clark reminded the board that the annual Christmas supper would be at Greer’s Restaurant at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2012, requesting that everyone attend.
5. A copy of the 2012 & 2013 Budgets are on file with these minutes.

REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
DEC. 13, 2012
The Village of Gilbert Mayor and Board of Alderman met in regular session on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at 6:30 p.mm., at the Gilbert City Hall.
Those present were as follows: Mayor Mike Stephens, Clerk Diane Parker, alderman Kay Dunaway, Christine Ezell, and Randy Lloyd.
Also present were: Joann Evans, Bill McLemore, Wayne Jones, and citizens.
Absent was Ty Britt.
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Stephens called the meeting to order. Mike Stephens led in opening prayer. Diane Parker led in the pledge of allegiance.
MINUTES:
Motion made by Kay Dunaway, seconded by Christine Ezell to accept the November minutes as presented. Motion carried.

REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
NOV. 15, 2012
The Town Council met in regular session on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wisner Town Hall.
Present: Mayor Allyn Jean Luckett, Marc McCarty, Thomas Lemle, Roger Hilliard, Thomas Moore, and Nettie B. Brown.
Absent: Town clerk.
Also present: Assistant Clerk and guests.
There being a quorum Mayor Luckett called the meeting proceedings to order.
The invocation was given by Thomas Lemle.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Nettie B. Brown.
Nettie B. Brown made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Thomas Lemle seconded. Motion carried.
The financial reports and expenditures were provided for the month. Motion by Marc McCarty to accept financial reports and pay bills. Roger Hilliard seconded. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Kenneth Folden, Auditor for the town was available to answer questions concerning the last audit report and suggested that the council amend the FY 2012-2013 budget.
Mayor Luckett announced that the Christmas Parade will be Dec. 1, 2012 at 10 a.m.
Council was informed that Mr. Ken Terry from the Louisiana Rural Water Association will be at next month’s council meeting to present a proposal for a rate increase for water customers.

Take notice that on December 3, 2012, Perryville Gas Storage LLC (Perryville), Three Riverway, Suite 1350, Houston, Texas 77056, filed in the above referenced docket an application under section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission’s regulations for an order amending the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued in Docket No. CP09-418-000, and amended in Docket Nos.
