Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article IV, Section 21(D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution, that on December 19, 2011, Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL”), an electric public utility providing retail electric service to customers in forty-six (46) Parishes of the State of Louisiana, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”), pursuant to Article IV, Section 21(D)(3) of the Louisiana Constitution and Title 45, Section 1163.1 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, its Amended and Supplemental Application for Certain Cost Recovery Related to the Waterford 3 Steam Generator Replacement Project (the “Application”) in connection with costs incurred by ELL associated with the replacement of the Steam Generators, Reactor Vessel Closure Head, and Control Element Drive Mechanisms at the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (“Waterford 3”) located near Killona, Louisiana, during a refueling outage in the Fall of 2012 (the “Replacement Project”). ELL’s Application amends and supplements a similar filing that it made in June 2010.
In accordance with Orders U-30670 and U-31944-A, ELL’s Application seeks an order from the LPSC certifying the estimated incremental first-year revenue requirement associated with the Replacement Project that, pursuant to Order U-31944-A, will be included in rates when the Replacement Project is complete and in-service, subject to certain ratemaking adjustments. The estimated incremental first-year revenue requirement is $101.3 million prior to factoring in these adjustments.

VILLAGE OF BASKIN
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
DEC. 12, 2011
The Mayor and Council of the Village of Baskin met in regular session on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011, 5:00 p.m., at the Village of Baskin Town Hall.
Present: Mayor Jean Clark and Council Members Marie Barber and Larry LaBorde.
Also Present: Town Clerk, Chief of Police, Fire Chief and others.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was called to order.
The Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer were led by Mayor Clark.
The minutes of the previous regular council meeting were presented by the clerk.
Marie Barber made a motion to accept the minutes.
Larry LaBorde seconded the motion. Yeas 2. Nays 0. Absent: 1.
Old Business:
The audit for Fiscal Year ending June 2011 was completed. There were no Current Year findings or Prior Year Findings.
New Business:
Permission was granted to pay all financial obligations.
A motion to pay all bills was made by Larry LaBorde. Marie Barber seconded the motion. Yeas 2. Nays 0. Absent 1.
Police Department Report:
Chief Barber reported that the new police unit has arrived and is in the shop to have the electronics installed. The department is running smoothly.
Fire Department Report:
Chief Fife told that the department is doing well. The volunteers continue with the training classes for Fire Fighter I and II. The department will have a Christmas Party on December 16, 2011.
Other Business;
Since no other business required action, Mayor Clark requested a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Marie Barber moved that council meeting close. Larry LaBorde seconded the motion. Yeas 2. Nays 0. Absent 1.
The meeting closed at 5:15 p.m.
