DELINQUENT TAX SALE OF MOVABLE PROPERTY
PARISH OF FRANKLIN
FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
WINNSBORO, LOUISIANA
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the state of Louisiana, I will sell at the front door of the courthouse in which the civil district court of said parish is held within legal hours of judicial sales beginning at 10:00 a.m. (ten o’clock) on Wednesday the 21st day of April, 2010, and continuing on each succeeding day until sales are completed, all movable property on which taxes are now due in the parish of Franklin to enforce the collection of taxes assessed for the year, 2009, together with interest thereon and all costs. The amount of taxes due by each one on the assessment of the year and each specific assessment of movable property assessed to said debtor is to be offered for sale.
On the stated day I will sell for cash and without appraisement such portion of the movable property as the taxpayer shall point out and in case the taxpayer shall not point out sufficient property, I will at once and without delay sell for cash, without appraisement, the least quantity of movable property which any bidder will buy for the amount of taxes assessed upon it with interest and costs for the current and all preceding years. The property will be sold without the right of redemption.
Mortgage creditors are hereby notified that when the property is sold they will lose all rights which the previously attached to the movable.

The sale shall be for cash in legal tender money of the United States of America.
