DISCUSS GPS ON WATER TOWER: Mayor Stephens stated that Mr. Jimmy Boyd had contacted him about installing a GPS antenna on the water tower. After further discussion, a price agreement was set. Motion was made by Louis Ezell, seconded by Leo Miller to let the GPS antenna be installed. Motion carried. DISCUSS LGAP GRANT/ADOPT RESOLUTION: Motion made by Louis Ezell, seconded by Leo Miller to adopt resolution for the LGAP grant to be used in purchase of a new police car. Motion carried. DISCUSS ACT 122 GRANT MONEY: Mayor Stephens stated that the grant money for the Act 122 would not be available for two maybe three weeks. Stephens asked that we transfer from sales tax fund to pay for items purchased by fire, police, and street departments, when we receive the grant money transfer it back to sales tax fund. Motion by Louis Ezell, seconded by Leo Miller to as stated by Mayor Stephens. Motion carried. DISCUSS RECREATIONAL GRANT WORKSHOP: Motion made by Louis Ezell, seconded by Leo Miller to send the clerk and Kay Dunaway to the workshop. Motion carried. OTHER BUSINESS: None available.
