Mayor introduced to adopt budget, and that a public hearing will be held on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. at the Village of Gilbert City Hall to adopt the fiscal year budget for 2009-2010. Mayor Stephens stated that included in this budget was a pay raise for clerk, assistant clerk, public works superintendent and police officers. DISCUSS LMA CONVENTION REGISTRATION FORM Discussion was held. Clerk advised that registration needed to be sent in next week. DISCUSS LMA DISTRICT “C” MEETING Discussion was held, as sending in the paper work. DISCUSS ANY OTHER BUSINESS: None available. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: Several citizens were at meeting in regards to dogs, and cat issues around town. Also, Citizens were concerned about pellet guns being shot in the city limits.
