Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 5:00 PM at Winnsboro City Court, 1308 Cornell Street, Winnsboro, Louisiana, to consider an amendment to the City of Winnsboroís Zoning Ordinances to change the zoning of a lot owned by Northeast Louisiana Power Cooperative, Inc., located at 1604 Moore Street, known as the Anderís property, from a R-1 zone to a B-3 zone.
