Stopped for a moving violation on La. Hwy. 4, Franklin Parish Sheriff Kevin Cobb said deputies and narcotics agents arrested three men, after it was discovered the men were transporting four pounds of compressed marijuana, one ounce of crack cocaine and a small quantity of various pills into Franklin Parish.
