Rodney Alexander passed through the area last week and presented Family Community Christian School with an American flag that flew over the Capital in Washington D.C. He spoke to those in attendance on the important of what the flag represents. The event was attended by hundreds of students, faculty and local government officials that honored members of the local VFW chapter, as well as the Republican congressman from Quitman. .....
