The program begins at 11:00 a.m. Frederick Jones is an author, attorney, and a Criminal Justice Professor at Louisiana College in Pineville.  He earned a J.D. from the Southern University Law Center, a B.A. in pre-law studies from University of Louisiana at Monroe and he is a 1978 graduate of Winnsboro High School.   .....
