It isn't often the big fellows down in the trenches get the spotlight shined on them.

Offensive linemen particularly get overlooked by the average fan, as pancake blocks don't show up on the box score like touchdowns and offensive yardage.

But anyone who watched Franklin Parish on the gridiron over the last few seasons came away knowing No. 76 for the Patriots meant just as much to FP's high-octane rushing attack than any of the numerous talented backs that have graced the grounds at Patriot Stadium in that span of time.

Although Franklin Parish offensive lineman Tyree Herron was a huge part of paving the way for a Patriot offense which averaged over 330 rushing yards over the last two seasons, the senior's biggest achievements came off the field where his academic career wasn't anything less than stellar.
