District boundaries to change posted Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 @ 7:11 am  E-mail Story |  Print Story  The Winnsboro Board of Aldermen districts are on track for reapportionment after Mayor Jackie Johnson introduced an ordinance that will change the boundaries of the said districts by the 2014 elections. Under Louisiana RS 33:1371, an adjustment of all municipal districts is required after a decennial census (10-year) has been conducted on the city.
