Façade grant project under way posted Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 @ 7:07 am  E-mail Story |  Print Story  Improvements to Winnsboro's downtown historic district continue as Winnsboro Physical Therapy began its facelift last week as a result of a Louisiana Main Street Redevelopment Incentive Grant (formerly known as a façade grant). "New paint, signage, awning and wood repair will give a fresh new look to one of Prairie Street's busiest areas," said Winnsboro Main Street Manager Kay LaFrance-Knight. She added that their application was one of nine chosen from 30 submitted statewide, "which shows the worthiness of the project and a well-submitted application." .....
