Whitley receives Woodrow Bell Scholarship
The Citizens for Academic Excellence are proud to announce the 2008 recipient of the Woodrow Bell Scholarship is Jasmine Whitley. The scholarship is given annually to a Franklin Parish Senior who has met the criteria of a 2.5 grade point average or above.
The amount of the scholarship award is $500 and donated by James Bell in honor of his father, Woodrow Bell. |
