FPHS tennis falls to West Ouachita
Losing all their girls matches, the Franklin Parish tennis team fell to West Ouachita this past week.
In boy's single action Luke Phillips and Michael Young won their matches, 6-2 and 6-4. Corey Wright and Daniel Raley won as well in singles action, 9-7 and 8-4.
In doubles play, Michael Young and Corey Wright won 8-4.
However that was the last match they would be victorious in as Raley and Norman Elrod, Andy Armstrong and Dylan Williams, and Clayton Ferrington and Derek Newman all suffered defeats against WOHS. |
