The Franklin Parish High School FBLA-PBL chapter in Winnsboro, will be celebrating FBLA-PBL Week, February 11 ñ 15, 2008 with a myriad of activities planned including a trip to ULM for the annual District II Leadership Conference.

Among the many activities scheduled for this special week include
"Ask Me About FBLA Day" in which FBLA members will wear blue polos and special buttons imprinted with the day's theme.

"Dimes for Babies Day" asks members to collect dimes that will be taken to the State Leadership Conference in March for the annual March of Dimes Dime Wars.

"Dress for Success Day" will see FBLA members dressed in business attire and competing in various competitive events at the District Leadership Conference at ULM. This year's conference is sponsored by our very own Franklin Parish High School!

"Business Appreciation/Teacher Appreciation Day" will show our appreciation to area business leaders as well as our faculty and staff at FPHS. Without their encouragement and support, we could not be the successful chapter that we are today.

"Up, Up, and Away With FBLA Day" will feature a balloon lift composed of blue and gold balloons (FBLA colors, of course). The balloon lift will take place on the campus of FPHS on Friday afternoon.
