Princess Theatre Presents Franklin Opry
The Franklin Opry returns to he Princess Theatre stage on Saturday, Jan. 19.
The popular country music event is held monthly at The Princess.
"The January show will bring a great lineup of performers," said Gene Thompson, the theatre's executive director. As always, The Franklin Opry features The Gene King Band, one of the premier country bands of the Ark-La-Miss.
"Gene King always brings top quality entertainment to the table," said Thompson. King, the leader of the group said anyone interested in performing in this or any of the other monthly shows can give a call to audition.
Ticket prices for The Franklin Opry are $10 for ages 13 and up and $3 for ages 12 and under and will be available the night of the show. The box office opens at 6:15 p.m. and the show starts at 7:00 p.m. Soft drinks and popcorn are also available.
