Winnsboro native to speak at Black History celebration
Winnsboro native, Dr. Frederick Jones, will serve as guest speaker for Winnsboro Second Baptist Church's annual Black History celebration on Sunday, February 24. The program begins at 11:00 a.m.
Frederick Jones is an author, attorney, and a Criminal Justice Professor at Louisiana College in Pineville. He earned a J.D. from the Southern University Law Center, a B.A. in pre-law studies from University of Louisiana at Monroe and he is a 1978 graduate of Winnsboro High School.
