Retirement party on slate for Jones
The public is invited to a retirement celebration honoring Georgia Jones at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at the Jack Hammons Community Center, 810 Adams Street, Winnsboro.
After 40 years of teaching in Louisiana's School System, Jones retired Feb. 1, 2013 from Baskin School.
