Children's parade hard act to follow
Children from throughout Franklin Parish will be the featured attraction on Thursday evening, November 29, when the ninth annual Children's Christmas Parade rolls along Prairie Street in Winnsboro.
The event, now in its tenth year, is sponsored by the Winnsboro Franklin Parish Chamber of Commerce, and is open to children 12 and under.
