Early voting opens Oct. 23
With the registration deadline passing earlier this week, the Franklin Parish Registrar of Voters reminds all residents that absentee voting is right around the corner.
Early voting for the Nov. 6 presidential election will open on Oct. 23 and run for seven days, until Oct. 30. The parish's designated absentee voting station is at the courthouse in Winnsboro. All registrar of voter office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
