Thomas leads USDA efforts in Afghanistan
Parish native and former Winnsboro Wildcat Allison A. Thomas has been assigned to lead USDA reconstruction and stabilization efforts in Afghanistan.
During the next few months, Thomas will work at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, as the senior USDA official in charge of efforts for mission Operation Enduring Freedom.
