Fort Necessity students study journalism
Schools across the parish are open and the future of journalism is looking brighter than ever as Ms. Ada Sparks instructs her sixth-graders at Fort Necessity Junior High School on news reporting.
To assist with her lesson plan developed around the many elements found in a newspaper — from classified advertisements to opinion / editorials — the students' were visited by Sun writer, Matt Reynolds; and editor, Katie Norwood.
