Non-emergency calls overload 911 center
The Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office reported this week an increasing number of calls coming into the 911 Emergency Center, that are not actual emergencies.
This poses a problem for first responders and dispatchers alike and Sheriff Kevin Cobb is asking for the community's assistance in correcting the matter.
