Proclamation designates week of Sept. 17 Constitution Week
Winnsboro Mayor Jackie Johnson joins Oakley Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and other patriotic organizations by Proclamation in celebrating Constitution Week, September 17-23.
DAR regent Charlotte White and Constitution Week chairman Marian Johnson remind everyone that more than 200 years ago, the founding fathers of the United States of America built a nation established upon a tradition of courage and liberty that strengthens us to this very day.
