Fifth Judicial District Attorney Mack Lancaster reported that the following individuals entered felony guilty pleas in connection with the August 13, 2012, petit jury in Franklin Parish, Judge James Stephens presiding and Assistant District Attorney Johnny R. Boothe representing the state:
Donna Allen - Cruelty to Juveniles, sentenced to eight years hard labor, suspended and three years active supervised probation, $1,000 fine plus court cost with defendant to pay an additional $500 in fees and the defendant to attend court approved parenting classes.
