What is early heart attack care? To explain this one must think of a heart attack as having different levels. Heart attacks have beginnings. This beginning is usually manifested in mild chest discomfort. Many people tend to ignore this pain or chalk it up to something such as heartburn.

Thus it can be said that the number one sign of a heart attack is denial. It is often said that these pains are warning signs of an impending heart attack and must not be ignored. Only a specially trained medical professional can determine this.
