Ellis Lane project approved
Residents living on Ellis Lane in Winnsboro could be a part of the North Franklin Water Works system in the future after the Franklin Parish Police Jury was awarded funding for the Ellis Lane Water Project last week.
The project has been funded the amount of $339,511 through the Louisiana Office of Community Development's LaSTAT program.
