While some football programs across the state generate enough donations and revenue to fund projects like installing an artificial playing surface in its stadium, the majority of high schools are forced to make do with what mother nature provided.
While Franklin Parish High School is in the latter category, the playing surface at Patriot Stadium may surprise visitors this upcoming season with its revitalized appearance.
