 Karla and Johnny Emfinger and Lynn Campbell announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Lynn Emfinger, to Vernon Trevor Tolbert, son of Vernon Tolbert of Sikes and Sue Causey of Jonesboro.
Maternal grandparents of the bride-elect are Kay and Roland Campbell Sr. and Susie Higgins of Winnsboro. She is the paternal granddaughter of Catherine and Glynn Bradley and the late J.E. Emfinger of Winnsboro.
