New measures affect DWI laws
Although data shows Louisiana's problem with drunk driving has decreased in recent years, lawmakers and law enforcement agencies alike are showing no sign of backing off the issue anytime soon.
Gov. Bobby Jindal signed six bills into law addressing intoxicated drivers earlier this month, in hopes of keeping alcohol-related accidents on the decline.
