Murphy Pool repairs under way
The Murphy Pool, located on Fair Avenue, has yet to open this year for summertime fun in the sun, but city officials say it could open its gates as early as the second week of July.
A problem with the pool's filter tank was discovered last month and a specialized part had to be ordered to get the decades-old community pool functioning again.
