Ryan tapped as interim chancellor
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System board of supervisors voted Dr. Jerry Ryan as interim chancellor of Louisiana Delta Community College and interim regional director for Northeast Louisiana Technical College last Wednesday in Baton Rouge.
Ryan fills the vacancy created by Delta chancellor Dr. Luke Robins, who recently accepted the position of chancellor at Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Wash. Prior to serving as acting chancellor, Ryan served as the senior vice president for workforce, career and technical education for LCTCS.
